Membership in Napa Valley Yacht Club is an opportunity to enjoy the waterfront, connect with fellow boaters, and help shape a local boating community. With social gatherings, shared facilities, and opportunities to get involved, NVYC offers more than a place to bring your boat—it offers a place to belong. The club’s member resources include a directory, volunteer information, a duty roster, and governance materials to support participation in club life

Enjoy Friendship and Time on the Waterfront

Regular Friday-evening gatherings and club dinners offer opportunities to meet other members, exchange boating stories, and build friendships close to home. The clubhouse, bar, outdoor barbecue, and bocce court provide places to relax together, while the riverfront setting keeps members connected to the pleasures of boating and downtown Napa

Take part and make a difference

Membership is also an invitation to contribute, not simply attend. Getting involved offers a way to meet people, share your skills, and help create the welcoming atmosphere that makes a local club rewarding.

All club members are expected to pitch in and lend a hand. This can be anything from hosting a Friday Night gathering or tending bar to joining one of our committees. We also run regular events on the water to share with the local community including taking Veterans or local Kids out on river cruises, and entertaining the river communities with Parades at Holidays
